This is a Discordon Wing made from cast steel with Tungsten Carbide on the front. It is to retrofit onto a Gregoire Besson Discordon.
Aswell as providing better economics from its increased life, the Tungsten Carbide covering sharpens with wear providing a cutting action, decreasing draft / fuel, while at the same time reducing smearing and compaction.
