This is a scalper knife which is to retrofit a Holmer Sugarbeet Harvester. It is made from high quality chromium boron and it weighs 0.920 kilograms.
Because we used the best steel then harden it to a very tight hardness window it gives the knives the ideal amount of spring without compromising the maximum hardness.
