This is a Bed Tiller Tine with tungsten carbide retrofitted for the Jones / Simone This is made from chromium boron but also has 3 Tungsten Carbide tiles on the wearing edge giving 135mm of protection.
Aswell as providing better economics from its increased life, the Tungsten Carbide tile sharpens with wear providing a cutting action, decreasing draft / fuel, while at the same time reducing smearing and compaction.
