This is a Tungsten Carbide Coverer (Right Hand) which is to retrofit a Kleine Precision Drill.
Aswell as providing better economics from its increased life, the Tungsten Carbide tile sharpens with wear providing a cutting action, decreasing draft / fuel, while at the same time reducing smearing and compaction.
