This 8" Tungsten Carbide point is to retrofit to a Tim Howard / Sumo Subsoiler / Cousins Patriot and Farmforce Ultra Tilth. It is manufactured from a high quality cast carbon steel and is designed with leg protection but also has a Tungsten Carbide tile on the front.
Aswell as providing better economics from its increased life, the Tungsten Carbide tile sharpens with wear providing a cutting action, decreasing draft / fuel, while at the same time reducing smearing and compaction.
