This is a scalper knife (Left Hand), retrofitted for a Vervaet Sugarbeet Harvester. Its has 2 holes under the sharp edge of the knife and is also manufactured from chromium boron.
Because we used the best steel then harden it to a very tight hardness window it gives the knives the ideal amount of spring without compromising the maximum hardness.
